Purchase and repository access

For billing, checkout, or repository-access questions, use the merchant contact option attached to your Polar purchase receipt. Include the email address used at checkout and your GitHub username so the purchase and collaborator invitation can be matched.

Technical support

Customers with repository access should open an issue in the purchased GitHub repository. Include the affected route, expected behavior, reproduction steps, and relevant framework versions. Do not include API keys, webhook secrets, database URLs, or customer data.

Editorial corrections

To report a broken source or inaccurate claim, open an issue through the project owner's public GitHub profile and include the Data Lighthouse page URL. Review the editorial policy for how sources and corrections are handled.
